These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your purchase of steel or steel related products sold by Eagle National Steel Ltd. or any of its affiliate locations. By accepting delivery of the Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If material is returned, Products must remain in the same condition in which they were purchased and shipped. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE THE POLICY AND SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER AGREEMENTS.

This Agreement may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document. If you do not receive an invoice or acknowledgement in the mail, via e-mail, or with your product, the invoice can be obtained by contacting your sales representative.

Payment terms are within Eagle National Steel Ltd. sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by Eagle National Steel Ltd., payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment for Product may be made by credit card, cash, or some other prearranged payment method. Eagle National Steel Ltd. may invoice parts of your order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by Eagle National Steel Ltd., at our discretion.

Shipping and Freight Charges are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the customer and not Eagle National Steel Ltd. will be the customer’s responsibility. You must notify Eagle National Steel Ltd. immediately upon receipt of material of wrong or damaged material.

Unless you provide Eagle National Steel Ltd. with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of material, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only.

Our Return Policy at Eagle National Steel Ltd. is that normal stock material may be returned to Eagle National Steel Ltd. by no error of Eagle National Steel Ltd. (or it’s Representatives), an applicable re-stocking fee will be charged to the customer. If material returned by no error of Eagle National Steel Ltd. (or it’s Representatives) is a result of Special Order material, Material may not be returned for credit and no credit will be issued back to the customer.
